About Calling 9-1-2

From starting in the Illinois fire service in 1992 to actively working as a firefighter/paramedic.  Thirty years as a line firefighter/paramedic has been the best calling of my life.  The connections and friendships are abundant.  I appreciate all that I have learned.

Calling 9-1-2 is important because every first responder needs support and a spot at the table.  This support comes in many forms and should be available to all of us!  No barriers here.  First responder support for first responders.  

Responders learning to use a proactive approach to wellness and mental health.  Mental health and wellness isn't a fad or a fix, it is a growth mindset.
